I HATE CMISP

I thought they were supposed to help you with your medical costs...WRONG...those bastards have only managed to ruin my credit because of their incompetence. I call one department for infromation and end up being sent through damn near every other department ending up at the same department and same person as I started with when I first called. Then they give me some pathetic excuse for why they are'nt going to help me with my med. bills. The hospital isn't contracted with them (even though the hospital was the one who sent me to them) and that my illness could have been taken care off at a clinic. Never mind that I was unable to walk more then 10 steps at a time or couldn't sleep or that no pain medication was working. The first time I went to the ER I could barely walk or stand, and sitting was just as much agony as the other two. When they found out that I did not have insurance, I could immediatly sense that my care wasn't what it is supposed to be. They couldn't find out what was wrong with me so insted of admitting me in to the hospital for further test they sent me home on morphine and told me to go to the clinic the following week. I want to get some legal advice, what they did could not have been right. If you don't have insurance in America the doctors will let you die rather then help you, its more cost effective for them.
